About

Hi, I’m Kim!

As a community servant at heart, I have committed my life’s work to breaking barriers, shifting mindsets, and inspiring positive belief systems within my spheres of influence. One of my favority quotes states, “The future is not someplace we are going to, but one we are creating.” -John Schaar, Futurist

Often referred to as the consummate “connector,” I have a passion for people and performance that drives me to engage leaders and develop partnerships across industry, academic, and non-profit organizations.

I spread my wings in the marketplace by leading local, regional and global program efforts over the last two decades as a practitioner-scholar.  I am currently completing doctoral coursework in the Graduate School of Education and Psychology at Pepperdine University with a focus in Organizational Leadership. I also earned a Masters of Organizational Communications degree from the School of Communication at Northwestern University. My research interests include relationship, team, and organizational effectiveness, as well as the impact that action-learning has on learning, change, and leadership agility.

My professional and academic leadership exposures include globally dispersed programs spanning the U.S.; Canada; Mexico; the Carribean; the U.K.; Amersterdam; Malaysia; the Philipines; the United Arab Emirates; and India.

My broad-based business background began in operations and human resources – experiences I have leveraged to set and monitor the milestones that impact people, process and tools across project life cycles. I also have led numerous consulting projects involving the development of process and policy documentation, the design of knowledge transfer strategies, and the implementation of change strategy in the interest of maximizing and sustaining performance. Driven by a deep interest in human, organizational, and leadership development, I earned certificates in Organizational Development Consulting from DePaul University; Managed Change methodology from LaMarsh Global; Relationship Intelligence platform from Core Strengths; and The Grief Recovery Method in conjuction wtih The Grief Recovery Institute and Sunrise at Midnight.

Let’s co-create the future together.
