Kim’s broad-based business background began in operations and human resources – experiences she has leveraged to set and monitor the milestones that impact people, process and tools across project life cycles. She has led numerous projects involving the development of process and policy documentation, the design of knowledge transfer strategies, and the delivery of training in the interest of sustaining change efforts.
Kim has a passion for serving as a point of integration – the glue – between diverse functional leaders, subject matter experts, and technical representatives within a team.
